The fully equipped kitchen in the villa was a game-changer! I felt like a master chef whipping up meals with ease. The fridge kept my drinks chilled, and the coffee machine provided that much-needed caffeine boost to start my mornings. It was like having my own private cafe right at my fingertips!
Fans in some rooms.

The villa at Villa Fenix was amazing! It had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfy bedrooms. The living room was perfect for relaxing, and the flat-screen TV was a great addition. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather, and the bed linen and towels provided were a nice touch. we loved our stay and felt right at home.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bath in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others would still enjoy it.

Villa Fenix in Puerto del Carmen was such a cozy place to stay! The air-conditioned villa had 4 beautiful bedrooms that made me feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, especially with a fridge and a coffee machine. The living room was just perfect for chilling out after a long day of exploring. And let's not forget the flat-screen TV with satellite channels - endless entertainment! The bed linen and towels provided were so soft and comfortable. It really made me feel pampered during my stay.
One thing I didn't like so much was the bath in the bathroom. It's just my personal preference, but I would have preferred a shower instead.

We had an amazing stay at this fantastic villa. The host went above and beyond, stocking the fridge with drinks on arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the strip and beach. The facilities were exceptional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and we especially loved the master bedroom with its en-suite, large bath, and walk-in wardrobe. The villa felt like a home away from home.
Food for breakfast could be improved by providing more seating options around the dining table.

The villa is located in a quiet area, yet only a short walk away from the buzzing strip. With its spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen, it is the perfect place for a group of friends or family to relax and enjoy their stay. the pool is clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the Lanzarote heat. the owner is friendly and always available to offer assistance.
The villa is situated in a residential area, which means that the nearest supermarket is a bit of a walk away. this can easily be remedied by taking a short taxi ride or planning ahead for groceries.

The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, with a huge master bedroom and well-equipped kitchen. The villa was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with a variety of amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was ideal, being close to the beach and main strip, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. One of the best aspects was the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and was always available for assistance. The pool was also a great feature, providing a refreshing place to relax and enjoy the outdoor space.
While the villa was spacious and well-equipped, it felt a bit dated and could benefit from some updates. the walk to the main strip involved a steep hill, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

The villa was spacious, well-equipped, and had a welcome pack of essentials. Great guidance in the guide leaflet on where to go and eat. UK TV channels, Netflix, and Amazon were a bonus. Good WiFi. The pool was clean and outdoor furniture was plentiful. The owner was helpful and informative.
Nothing it was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at a very spacious private villa equipped with a fully functional kitchen and air conditioning in two rooms. the villa had two excellent showers, provided towels and a hairdryer. the pool was clean and the outdoor furniture was plenty, making it perfect for relaxing. the added touch of a radio in the kitchen was a nice bonus. the host, Michael, was outstanding in showing us how everything worked and providing helpful advice. The location was safe, quiet, and just a 10-minute walk from the beach and main strip, offering numerous dining options. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.
